McDonald Law Office has three attorneys with experience in personal injury law. Patrick McDonald, who began practicing law in Janesville in 1976, was joined by Greg McDonald in 1986. In early 2007, the firm added another attorney, Tom McDonald. For over 25 years, our firm has been serving individuals and families throughout Southern Wisconsin who have been injured through the negligence of others. Since each of the shareholder attorneys have spent time on the plaintiff and defense side of claims, we have a valuable understanding of both sides of the personal injury claim.
Over the years we have been involved in representing clients in both complex and simple personal injury claims. While most claims settle out of court, our firm has enjoyed great success at trials over the years, including a judgment of more than $16,000,000.
